A clear code to share.
What approval means
Approval gives you a prelaunch referral link and access to your own aggregate reporting. Participation is free. It does not create a paid agreement, employment, guaranteed products, earnings or a release date.
How interest is counted
Visitors choose whether to allow referral credit. The first accepted partner link in their browser tab applies for that session. Credit is recorded for a new email’s first saved preference for each design. Existing preferences, repeat variants and self-referrals do not earn additional credit.
Commissions come later
Commission rates, eligible sales, attribution window, refunds, tax requirements, payout method and schedule remain unapproved. Prelaunch activity earns no commissions and creates no retroactive entitlement. Paid participation will require separately approved terms.
Keep the relationship honest
Share your real experience. Clearly disclose your relationship near each referral link. No spam, purchased leads, misleading health or product claims, impersonation, or unauthorized paid brand ads. We may pause or decline participation if these standards are not met.
Disclosure example & resources
For unpaid prelaunch participation: “I’m a THE CAT CODE prelaunch referral partner. No commission is currently paid.” Also disclose any gifts or other benefits you actually receive. Update your disclosure if the relationship changes.
