Availability and prices

Products are design previews. Joining a waitlist records your interest; it does not place an order or reserve stock. Displayed prices are estimates in U.S. dollars, excluding shipping and applicable taxes. Final prices and available options will be shown when orders open.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Orders are not open. Shipping costs, delivery estimates, cancellation terms and return instructions will be available before you can buy.

Privacy and data use

Waitlist forms save your email, product preferences, consent record, submission time and a private unsubscribe link. We use this information to plan the collection and contact you about the launch if you consent. Automated launch emails are not active yet.

Contact forms save your name, email, message, case details, replies and private support notes. Use your case number and private receipt key to check the status and read replies. Keep the key private and save it when it appears. We do not email it or recover lost keys.

The authorized owner manages saved records. An authorized reporting service may read waitlist and partner reporting data; it does not gain access to the private business documents. Technical service providers process data to run the site. Do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal documents.

We use temporary technical records to limit repeated contact-form submissions. These records do not contain raw internet protocol addresses and expire after the rate-limit window. Hosting providers may keep operational logs. Measurement choices and partner data are explained in partner privacy.

Corrections, withdrawal and retention

Use your saved unsubscribe link to remove a waitlist entry, or submit a privacy or correction inquiry. We may need to verify your control of the affected record before changing or disclosing it. Support and partner records are retained for review. A fixed retention period has not been set. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion.

Images and learning material

Product images are design previews. Final fit, materials and print placement may vary. Check the garment specifications before buying. Cat Academy provides general educational information; sources are listed with the lessons.

Need help?

Contact & support saves your inquiry and provides a private receipt for checking replies. Save that receipt; replies are checked on the site, not delivered by email.
